ANC SECRETARY GENERAL, COMRADE FIKILE MBALULA, TO BRIEF THE MEDIA ON MATTERS OF NATIONAL INTEREST, THE DEFENCE OF WORKERS RIGHTS AND THE SUCCESFUL GOVERNMENT CLAMP DOWN ON ROAD FATALITIES DURING THE EASTER SEASON

The African National Congress (ANC) will hold a media briefing to be addressed by the ANC Secretary General, Comrade Fikile Mbalula. The briefing will focus on key matters relating to the National Budget and the forward outlook relating to the national fiscal framework and the parliamentary process.

The Secretary General will state the ANC’s position on budget priorities that defend the poor while growing an inclusive economy. He will also address efforts to advance and defend workers’ rights as we approach May Day commemorative rallies across the country. The Secretary General will also congratulate the government clamp-down on Road fatalities during the Easter Season.
