ANC SECRETARY-GENERAL COMRADE FIKILE MBALULA TO UNDERTAKE OFFICIAL PARTY TO PATY VISIT TO MOZAMBIQUE

The Secretary-General of the African National Congress (ANC), Comrade Fikile Mbalula, will undertake an official working visit to Liberation Front of Mozambique (FRELIMO), from 16 to 19 June 2026.
The visit forms part of the ANC’s ongoing programme of strengthening relations with sister liberation movements and advancing political cooperation, solidarity, regional integration, peace, stability and development within the
Southern African region. It reflects the enduring bonds forged during the struggle against colonialism and apartheid and reaffirms the shared commitment of liberation movements to the advancement of the peoples of Africa.
During the visit, the Secretary-General will engage with the leadership of the Liberation Front of Mozambique
(FRELIMO) and other stakeholders on matters of mutual interest, including governance, organisational renewal, regional security, economic cooperation and the strengthening of relations between South Africa and Mozambique.
