This National Policy Conference was held over the four days of September 27th to 30th. It was attended by 687 delegates from ANC national, provincial, regional and branch level structures, from the ANC Youth and Women`s Leagues, COSATU, the SACP, SANCO, COSAS and SASCO. It was marked by extremely high levels of active participation, discussion and debate.
