The Secretary General of African National Congress (ANC), Comrade Fikile Mbalula, will address a Provincial Mayihlome Rally in the Northern Cape on Saturday, the 2nd of March 2024.
The Secretary-General will unpack the ANC’s manifesto, elaborating on its vision and commitments following the successful Manifesto Launch in eThekwini last weekend.
