The African National Congress (ANC) notes the decision of the National Disciplinary Committee (NDC) delivered on 27 June 2025 in relation to the disciplinary proceedings concerning comrades Malusi Gigaba, Zizi Kodwa, David Mahlobo, and Cedric Frolick.

The ANC reaffirms its respect for the authority and constitutional mandate of the NDC to adjudicate matters brought before it, and acknowledges the outcomes as duly communicated by the Office of the NDC Chairperson.

We remain committed to strengthening organisational discipline, reinforcing the integrity of internal processes, and upholding the values of the African National Congress.
