Together, these movements have significantly shaped the region’s political landscape, fostering a legacy of unity and resilience. However, today’s liberation movements face the dual responsibility of preserving these historical gains while addressing contem- porary demands of governance, social justice, and economice quity. Summit provides a forum to assess and streng then the roles liberation movements playin driving socio-economic progress and regional stability.
